So first off, the basics:

​

This is the event that you (hopfully) have saved your speedups (timers) for. It is a quite simple event to participate in-You just have to build to get points. But to do the event with great points can require a bit more work.

The points. 

​

10 wood or food gives 1 point 

1 elemental, ice or fire shard gives 20 points (you find them in gold chests and the season branches) 

1 black pearl gives 20 points (You find them in my achivements during the fortification and also in gold chests)

"Cheap" points

So there are 3 kinds of buildings that give good points for little or none speedups

1.  The farms and mills, they cost very little timers to complete

2. The den, it takes to timers at all.

Fast points (Minimum effort to get resources)

​

1.  Having the buildings that take shards ready for the fortification so you just can put shards in them direcly is a way to get lots of points in the begining of the event.

2. The perch is also a source of fast points, if pearls is the next upgrade, but it costs quite a bit in speedups so i would recommend to take it last in the event.

Other tips

​

1.  If you can; be online with storage full off wood when event begins, and spend it direcly when the event has begun. 

2. Build as much as you can during the event. But focus on having strong towers, not many towers, (see base chapter)

3. In your storage you will find a sign with a food and wood picture on it. In there you will find wood and food boosters. You get them from the season branches.
   These will last for 24 hours. Use the wood one for fortification and it will during 24 hours give you 200% wood production extra and a 200% extra protection in your storage. 

4. If you press the sign with a wood piece on it on the top right of your screen you will find wood packs. Use them to get extra wood. Fill up as much as you can protect and use wood packs to get the last for a upgrade of a building. 

5. Remember that The event lasts for 5 days the last 2 days is easier to find and keep the wood so be patient. 

6. Certain hours of the day is easier to hunt on, fewer people are in the game. 

7. Before going to bed, fill your storage to its protection limit. Sometimes the mills protects the wood (it is broken so it works sometimes but not always)
   If it works you will have a lot of wood to collect from the mill and also have the wood in the storage.
