Guide for tug of war AKA Capture the flag

You start by clicking the event island

As the arrow shows you should press the battle and in there some teams will be marked red as in the picture, and some will be greenish
The teams marked red are the ones we go for.

The red marked ares shows how long time is left on the particular session of the event.
The yellow marked area shows the inner fires you currently have.

To put inner fires on a dragon press the marked button and select inner fire.

When you have used your energy you will get this picture.
The buy 16 energy explains itselves. The buy 100 energy is either or, so when you press it, if having enough energy packs, (10 in this example) it only costs energy packs. if not having enough it will cost rubies.
The cost first times is 1 pack for 16 energy then 2, 3, 4 *We do recommend to buy when it costs 1 and when it starts to cost 2 to buy the 100 energy for energy packs (do not do this if you don't have enough energy packs, then it will cost rubies!)

In this event the cost for energy resets every session of the event

The strategies

So the strategy for getting most possible points if you have lots of energy packs is to:

Make sure to have time to do lots of attacks at once
Chose opponents amongst the red marked teams.
Do the 4 fights that you have “for free” in energy.
Buy more energy.
Attack attack attack
Use the inner fires. Use 3 dragons for each fight (swap in the end if necessary) put inner fires on all of them as long as you have it and want to spend it.

There is a attack called Mega attack that you buy for Mega coins. This one costs 100 energy and 20 Inner fires.
It gives you points of 30 attacks worth if completing at least 70% of the base.

If a Mega attack fails you will receive:
50% points for destroying 50% or less of the base

Between destroying 50-70% of the base you will receive the percentage of what you have destroyed. (61% destroyed gives 61% of the points)

If not having lots of energy packs do your best with what you have. Use the free energy and try to score points and hope to get 4000K rubies from the event so you can buy gold chests, in there you can be lucky and get quite some energy and inner fires.
